The studies conferences are bodies which advise the directors of the study programmes. Student representatives send half of the members and the teaching staff the other half. Students are thus included in securing the quality of teaching and in organising programmes and teaching. The directors of the various study programmes head the studies conferences. They are part of the conferences as permanent supervisors without voting rights.
